Arapahoe County is in the 18th Judicial District. It is one of the most populous counties in Colorado. The county has two courthouse locations. The Arapahoe County Justice Center is in Centennial. The Arapahoe County Courthouse is in Littleton. Both handle court records. You can request records from either location.

Arapahoe County Courthouse Locations

The Arapahoe County Courthouse in Littleton is the second location. The address is 1790 West Littleton Blvd. Littleton, CO 80120. The phone number is the same. 303-645-6600. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. State holidays are excepted. Saturdays are open at 1:30 p.m. only.

Small claims must be filed in Littleton. This is a special rule. Petitions for Small Claims go to the Littleton County Court. Keep this in mind. Check the court page before filing. The page is at coloradojudicial.gov/courts/trial-courts/arapahoe-county.

Arapahoe Combined Court does not accept faxed documents. Do not send faxes. Use email instead. Or deliver in person. Or mail documents. This rule is strict.

18th Judicial District Courts

County Court handles smaller matters. Civil cases under $25,000 are heard. Misdemeanors are filed. Traffic cases are processed. Small claims go to County Court. Protection orders are issued.
