El Paso County Judicial Building

The Clerk's Office is in Room S101. It is open Monday through Friday. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Self-Help Center is in Room S116. It has the same hours. Court Care is available. Hours are 7:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. And 1:15 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The Probate Division is in Room W150. It has walk-up hours. These are on Wednesdays only. Protective Proceedings hours are 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Estate cases are 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Plan your visit accordingly.

Note: The Clerk's Office closes early on the third Wednesday. It closes at 3:30 p.m. This happens every month in 2026.
